- Automatic Billing: By subscribing to our meal prep delivery service, you authorize The Simple Spoon to charge your payment method automatically on Fridays for the following week’s meal prep delivery.
- Cancellation Deadline: You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription for the upcoming week’s delivery, you must do so no later than 3:00 PM (local time) on Thursdays.
- Cancellation Requests: To cancel your subscription, you can:
– Log in to your account on our website and follow the cancellation process.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the specified deadline (3:00 PM on Thursdays) will not be eligible for a refund, and you will still be charged for the upcoming week’s delivery.
Refunds and Returns
- Refunds: We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our service. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your meals. We will assess each case individually and may issue a refund or provide a credit at our discretion.
- Returns: We do not accept returns of delivered meals due to food safety and hygiene considerations. If you have any concerns about the quality or safety of your delivered meals, please contact us immediately.
- Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of your account information, including your payment details. Any changes to your account information should be updated promptly.
- Unauthorized Access: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately.
Meal Delivery and Storage
- Fresh Meal Delivery: We take pride in delivering fresh, delicious meals to your doorstep. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery on the specified delivery day/time.
- Refrigeration Requirement: To maintain proper temperatures and ensure the freshness and safety of your meals, it is imperative that you have access to a refrigerator at the designated delivery location.
- Storage Upon Delivery: Upon receiving your meal delivery, it is your responsibility to promptly refrigerate the meals to ensure they remain at the proper temperature. Proper storage is essential to maintain the quality and safety of your meals.
- Food Safety: The Simple Spoon follows strict food safety guidelines, and our meals are prepared and delivered with the utmost care. However, it is crucial to follow refrigeration and food handling best practices to ensure your meals are safe to consume.
Please be aware that failing to refrigerate your meals promptly may result in a loss of quality and food safety.
